Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your email accounts and email newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a new email address in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect emails from one account to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your mailbox accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mailings. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming email messages based on specific rules set by you. Creating email filters is very easy — all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email accounts and edit the email filtering criteria to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one email address to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just select the email address you want to forward messages from, then choose the destination address and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your eail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple addresses simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message — specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all address, you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
