Email Manager
The Hepsia Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which grants full command over your email accounts and email newsletters. With its user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI), you can create a new mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. You can also redirect mail from one email account to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponders, and guard your mail accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. The level of anti-spam protection can be configured from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for screening your incoming email messages based on specific rules. Creating email filters is easy — all that's needed is to fill out a short form, and the mail filter will be created and go into effect immediately. Email filters can be quickly created for any of your mail accounts and edited to your requirements.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one account to another, or even to several accounts. Just select the mail account you want to forward messages from, then choose the target email and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device, and select the email client you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be configured instantly.

With the Hepsia Email Manager GUI, managing multiple accounts simultaneously is trivial. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message — specify the message you want to respond with and our system will handle everything else. If you wish to configure a catch-all email, it can be accomplished easily with a mere click / tap on the Catch-all icon.
